Timber Windows Knutsford Continues to Expand with New Hire

Carolyne Martin has joined the team and will be based at our Knutsford showroom.

Our latest hire follows a successful period of growth and marks the next chapter for Timber Windows as we continue to expand throughout the North of England.

Carolyne will help bring the premium products and service to the residents of Cheshire and surrounding areas.

About Carolyne

After recently moving from Milton Keynes to Knutsford to be closer to her daughter, Carolyne decided that she would like some part time work in a local company.

Following a visit to our Knutsford showroom and meeting Oliver and David, Carolyne decided it was the perfect environment to use her vast experience in premium home products as well as a great opportunity to get involved in the local community.

Previous customer facing roles with bespoke furniture companies and a reputable window and door manufacturer in Woburn Sands means Carolyne has detailed knowledge and will be on hand to show customers around the beautiful displays in Knutsford.

Outside of work, Carolyne has a great love of pageants and regularly takes part in classic beauty events – “I have always been interested in fashion and glamour since I was 18 years old, but it wasn’t until 8 years ago when I was stopped in the street by a former model, Lynne, who asked if I would be interested in entering a competition called The London Glamorous Grandmother.  I decided to give it a shot and with Lynne’s mentoring actually won the pageant!”.

Since then, Carolyne has gone on to win 2 classic titles as well as modelling for companies such as John Lewis and Mother of the Bride. She’s even appeared on Good morning with holly and Phil and featured in a Daily Mail article about classic modelling – “I will continue to find interesting projects to promote classic women and it’s wonderful to also promote such a classic product as Timber Windows.”
